hese 7 Principles present ways to move beyond old familiar habit patterns and create possibilities for new behaviors and experiences.
1 - THE PRINCIPLE OF THOUGHT
Thought is at the beginning of all creation. Energy follows thought, and thought creates our experience. When we change our thinking we change our life.
2 - THE PRINCIPLE OF PERCEPTION
Perceptions form the basis of our opinions, the quality of our relationships -- our feelings -- our behaviors, and even the quality of life experiences. An experience is just an experience ... until a perception is placed upon it!
3 - THE PRINCIPLE OF CHOICE & ACCOUNTABILITY
Each new experience offers us the opportunity to choose, and life is constantly giving us what we choose. Being accountable for our choices enables us to take charge of our thoughts, feelings and actions, if we don't like what we are experiencing, we may always choose again.
4 - THE PRINCIPLE OF CAUSE & EFFECT
This is the principle of "sowing and reaping". Whatever we give our energy to -- mentally, emotionally or physically (whether positive or negative) -- comes back to us multiplied.
5 - THE PRINCIPLE OF ABUNDANCE & GRATITUDE
We constantly have an abundance of whatever we believe we deserve. The universe always pays us! If we have a "lack" consciousness, we get paid by not having enough. Focusing on gratitude for all we have and receive is one way we can begin to bring abundance into our lives.
6 - THE PRINCIPLE OF HEALTH & HEALING
We have the ability to influence the level of health and well-being we desire by choosing how we respond to the experiences in our life.
7 - THE PRINCIPLE OF HARMONY & RHYTHM
When we resist the natural rhythm or "flow" of life, we create disharmony and will experience pain on some level. When we are in harmony with our natural rhythm, we are in tune with all life and in the flow of creation.
